We must admit that we were hesitant to add anything to our maple syrup because it is already pretty perfect. But then we figured out that we could "brew" the flavor of coffee into our maple syrup and we knew we were onto something fun.
Once we figured that out, we realized cinnamon is also a perfect companion to maple as well. The flavor is just the right blend of maple and cinnamon, but with maple being the primary flavor.
Our favorite ways to use it include over ice cream, in cocktails, and of course on our pancakes and waffles.
