Shipping policy

We make every effort to have products shipped out within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. Shipping is either done through UPS Ground. Once packages have left our hands, we are not able to control their rate of delivery. Special Order items will be shipped once they have become available. Shipping delays and issues can be frustrating, but we ask that you give it a few more days and know that eventually, your items should make it safely to you. 

If, for some reason, your package does not arrive, please reach out to the carrier. Unfortunately, once the item has left our facility, we no longer have control over it or its movements. 

Orders placed during a sale or special promotion may take 5-8 business days to be processed. 

Orders placed after December 12th, 2025, are not guaranteed* for Christmas delivery. 

*We can never guarantee arrival by a specific time due to not being in control of packages once they leave our hands.
