Makers Market at Green Spring Station
I am so excited to announce the Makers Market at Green Spring Station! As many of you know Becket Hitch was founded as a Makers Market in 2010 so the idea of bringing together more than 38 makers from the area at Green Spring Station is thrilling.
Throughout the day, shoppers will enjoy mixing and mingling with local artists, the opportunity to purchase unique, one-of-a-kind holiday gifts and experience on-site DIY events such as floral arranging, candle making, photography and cocktail making.
While I am super excited about all the vendors, you can find a list here, I am ridiculously excited about the DIY classes that are being offered throughout the day. So excited in fact, that I am leading one!
Join me for my DIY class...
Tissue Paper Garland by Becket Hitch
offered at 11:45 AM
Join Kohli Flick and learn how she created Becket Hitch’s much sought after tissue paper garland that premiered in her shop last year. Utilizing simple tools that you already have at home Kohli will walk you through how to make your own garland to add a bit of whimsey to your holiday decor. Participants will leave with a length of garland and a wealth of ideas on how to translate this simple technique into their own home.
Awesome right! DIY Workshops must be purchased in advance by grabbing your Girls Day Out Pass and selecting the workshop of your choice!
Seriously friends, this is going to be a great event and I hope that you are able to join all of us at Green Spring Station on Saturday December 3rd!
