The Details :

The Berlingot cheese knife has a stainless steel rivet and a half-tand blade with heat treatment.

The X46Cr13 stainless steel that is used is a very high quality steel. The rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.

The Laguiole cheese knife can be put in the dishwasher, so it saves you time when washing.

These knives are all made in France. Each step, from design to assembly, is carried out in the manufacturing workshop.
